Joan Welsh, owner of Possessions of Rockford, "Possessions" is a long time resident of the Rockford community with over 35 years of experience conducting successful Estate Sales, appraisals and consignments. Joan has actively been involved with the Rockford Chamber of Commerce, Junior League, Rotary Club, Rockford Women's Club and a prior board member of the Rockford River District.
